  4. Submit requirements (2 Government issued ID's with signature)

  2. Reservation Forms will be sent to your email, kindly fill up the forms and return to us the scanned copy.

  3. Email us the scanned copy of your 2 valid government issued ID's with signature.

  4. Wire transfer the RESERVATION FEE to:

  1. *Complete post dated checks of your monthly payments are required to be submitted within 14 days from purchase.

  2. *The CONTRACT to SELL will follow after 60-90 days, sent to the registered mail that is reflected on your document.

  3. *Official Receipts to be provided by SMDC via courier whether local or international. Contracts are to be sent to buyer or pick-up from agent by request.
